The item I bought didn’t arrive. It stood in customs and then returned back to its place of origin. Says it was lacking information but I gave all the information. Now I explained this to the seller that it wasn’t my fault and I asked him to refund me, to give my money back which he refuses. I am taking another measures. I will make a report.

We shipped this package in good faith, tracking shows it sat there in his city for 30 days, and he didn't pick it up. When you buy things online, it's your responsibility to track and claim the things you buy. 1 month, this sat there. The buyer now wants to hold us responsible for his negligence.
