Item shipped was not the item i ordered. Even though i order for a Dual Wireless Headset and they send me a Single headset but it was also in a good condition. Seller offer to return the item for refund but i refuse coz i don't want to wait a few more days or week to get my refund, since item was in good condition, i told seller that i will keep it but not happy with it. Then they offer me a partial refund which changes my feedback from negative to a positive since they do it professional way.
