Weather I end up getting this card he did refund for me. My main issue with this person is charging $4 and then saying its my fault for not choosing what type of shipping I want common sence says $1.11 is a PWE and anything higher that $2 casue they could do two pwes insted of on buble mailer but above that there is no way you should send it in a pwe. And then tell me its my fault for not choosing I chose a bubble mailer when I paid $4 if I wanted cheaper I would ask if they ship in PWEs.

I did not charge you $4 for shipping. You paid $4 for shipping because you didn't following instructions given in the listing. As soon as you made me aware of your overpayment, I issued you a refund for the difference, as is our standard practice. You also questioned whether or not I shipped your card and I took offense to that. We have sold over 30,000 items and have a 99.8% positive feedback rating. I have fully refunded your order and added you to our blocked buyer list. Good riddance!
