1st ever negative post. Item arrived still sealed but completely smashed up. Was going to use as an extra gift. Messaged seller and repy was "other people's dvd arrived smashed too" I asked for a refund was told no. I recived 11 Dvds today from all different sellers not 1 was damaged at all other than this one. Mainly annoyed at how rude the seller was more than anything. They might not have control over the post but your customer has received a faulty item that they paid money for too.
