    I think this buyer is confused. She acted really confused when she sent me a lot of questions about the doll, how clean she was, wondering if her outfit was original, etc. I answered to the best of my ability and took more pictures for her. I didn't reply when she started sending messages asking for a discount because the doll didn't have shoes. Regarding shipping--rates are determined by weight and distance--buyer knows the cost up front and makes the decision whether to buy or not.
