The mask is very thick. It would be great for those who are going to be sleeping in cold places as this made my head very hot, actually very uncomfortably hot. I don't live where it gets really cold in the winter season, but at least my house does have AC and is comfortable. But wearing this was not comfortable. Maybe other people would have been ok with it, but I wasn't. I returned it.
