The product was received in a completely destroyed box. Customer service has been terrible, they refuse to allow me to return the coilovers for a full refund. There is no responsibility or integrity from this company.

Will never purchase from this seller again these coil-overs are not new they don’t even come with the key to adjust them also coilovers are scratched all over also doesn’t come with grease like every other one comes with absolutely lousy seller avoid them!!

We asked the customer to provide some pictures of the received parts and they never sent them to us, so we are assume that is a false statement, since the customer is not really interested in fixing the "issue" or providing any pictures, he just kept the parts without responding to our messages. The coilovers were shipped directly from manufacturer straight to customers door in BRAND NEW condition.
