The item advertised brand new. I originally only was gonna spend 80 max on a camera for my girlfriend.. I decided to spend 130 + tax on a camera that’s advertised as “Brand New” thinking it’s never been opened.
After receiving it I found a big dent in the top. It was in bubble wrap inside of the box and shipped in another box that has no dents or scuffs on it.. meaning this camera was not brand new.. and damaged.
I reached out to the seller and he said he would replace it.. then ghosted me…

We never ghosted you, I wrote you right away explaining you the procedure, you have to press return and you will get a return tag at no cost to you, once received we can ship you another one as an exchange, we have plenty of them or just issue a full credit, you decide, the only thing you had to do is press a button which you did not do and never even answered back to us.Don't blame us for your mistakes, we are here to help and know that carriers abuse the packages ,even well packed.
