Photo was of a black curling iron, and I received a chrome one. The tip was broken. When I contacted the seller I was told they had a choice of Teflon, or chrome, which I did not see when I clicked the "But it now" button. The seller also stated the tip could easily be fixed by tightening the screw, which was impossible as it was stripped, so it wouldn't tighten. I was told I could return it for a full refund, but it would have cost me more to return it. My husband fixed it/thicker screw
