My iPad was exactly how it was listed, and works great! No issues with the screen, just some scratches on the back. They don't effect the product whatsoever. Shipping was fast, it only took 4 days for it to get delivered. It also came with a black folding case, but it's a bit flimsy. Still, the case works well and is awesome it even came with one. If I ever need a refurbished Apple or IOS product again, I will definitely be coming back to this seller.

I bought this for my daughter. We were both very disappointed when it would not recognize her sim card. I tried a couple things with no luck. I contacted the seller and was able to exchange it with no hassle. The second one works perfectly! (I think the first maybe had a damaged sim card reader or was locked into esim only??). Kudos to the seller for great support & service. :)
