The item was shipped terribly, it was just tossed into a flat rate box which resulted in physical damage during transit due to the complete lack of any care from the seller.

I had to pay another $16 out of my own pocket to ship this item due to the weight and dimensions. The original shipping price was much lower than anticipated. There is always an option to return the item if you are unsatisfied or if damages are excessive. Lets work something out.
