Waiting 10 days to ship something is a little while to me and today’s world. Although it did state it could take up to 10 days to ship. I personally was not too pleased.. but that’s my own fault for missing that before purchasing this item. The item is new. The item look good and should work as it meant to be.. I did try to communicate with the seller, but never received a message back at all. Best thing to remember is watch to say what it says about the shipping
