The glasses were delivered on 19th March. This negative feedback was made on 7th May. At no time in between did the buyer contact the seller. It is true that my description did not include the word 'small', but neither did it include the word 'large'. Instead I included a detailed measurement of the glasses as being 'approx. 120mm high, 52mm rim diameter, 70mm base diameter. These measurements are not disputed. My description did not misrepresent.
