The person was very rude. they waited until the last minute to cancel my product from me and would refuse to send it to me. This person was very unprofessional and I even offered to pay extra to get it shipped faster and they refused.

This ignorant ordered an item, and same time(!) claimed it will not arrive on time, and threaten to have full refund, otherwise we will have a Negative feedback.
We immediately canceled this order, and blocked him from re-purchasing in our store.

Everything can be discussed and solved easily with healthy attitude!
This buyer should be kick-off from this platform.
