The seller sent a completely different product and for two months now we have not been able to return it and receive what we purchased. Instead of books, they sent us some notebooks. The seller is completely incompetent and still cannot send us a QR code for a prepaid return.

I made it very easy for this lady (sent paid for tracked mail label and postman to pick it up) and we said sorry, but she said after weeks she didn't have a printer, well that is hardly my fault. Id paid for tracked mail and she still going on and on about a QR code. Ebay said told us to block this lady.
