The receiver arrived in good packaging and within a few days of shipping. Seller was prompt in contacting me after I input the wrong address when it needed to be drop-shipped to my parents house for them. Unfortunately, like all used electronics, it is a gamble and this receiver, though it was tested before shipping, failed to power up after a few days. We were attempting to replace the previous faulty unit with the same model and now we have decided to move on to an updated unit.
