Warranty:
12 Months Return to Base Warranty under the eBay Certified Refurbished Program, 6 Months on any other items sold as "Refurbished" or sold outside of eBay.
 
Faulty Goods:
Faulty goods must notified to us within 30 days of delivery and will be collected, repaired or replaced, and redelivered free of charge. Please note: at our discretion we may decide to issue a full refund instead of providing a repair or replacement.
 
If faulty goods notified to us after 30 days and within the warranty period and are to be returned to us at the expense and risk of the customer. The customer should arrange their own shipping back to us and ensure that the parcel is adequately packed. Goods that are repaired or replaced under warranty will be re-delivered free of charge.
 
Please note: at our discretion we may decide to issue a refund instead of providing a repair or replacement.

Refunds are dependent on the condition of the goods received back. Damaged, incomplete or excessively used goods will not be refunded in full. We are not responsible for any loss or damage of the package caused by the carriers / couriers. If you would like to arrange your own postage, or prefer to drop it over personally to our Bristol based office, please contact us in advance.
 
Apart from the warranty cover mentioned above, we accept no liability whatsoever for any damages caused as result of using the product.
