Offered for sale, but after it was paid for could not be found. Seller would not send check for refund, but instead supposedly refunded alternate payment.

Somehow we reposted a hat that had already been sold. We notified the cutomer of this. He then demanded we send a refund outside of the ebay system. We told him we would refund him through ebay is standar practice and we did so when we canceled the order. The user then left this negative feedback stating we "supposedly refunded alternate payement" To be clear we did refund him and we did it to the payment method they used originally.
