The seller packaged the clock so very carefully, but the glass insert still broke during shipment. The seller immediately apologized and set to make it straight. She ordered a new glass and had it sent out right off. My clock is the so beautiful and the interaction with the seller was so positive, I only have wonderful feelings while looking at my clock on the mantle.
