I purchased on 7 Feb in hopes it would be delivered by 14 Feb, Valentine’s Day. I contacted seller on 8 Feb to ask if they could ship asap. Seller agreed they’d try to get it here before 14 Feb. They waited to ship on 14 Feb so my gift will arrive late. It took 7 days just to ship the item. Not pleased with their customer service or communication.
