As I explained to you in a previous message all International Transactions are thru the ebay international shipping program whereby the seller ships orders to their International Hub then from that point forward eBay handles all customs documentation and shipping. Tracking indicates that I shipped it on time as required and suggested you need to contact ebay Customer support who will help you with this international shipment which takes much longer than domestic shipments
