CD is in practically new condition. The jewel case however was broken on arrival. At least it's easily replaceable as it's a standard jewel CD case and I'm more concerned about the media condition but it did catch me by a bit of surprise and figured it would be worth mentioning.

I asked the seller ahead of time if he would package my 78 record I bought. Sandwiched, between two pieces of cardboard taped together to protect the record, and then place in a three inch box with packing material for a safe, travel. He agreed, and I bought the record. Which arrived today. Will buy from this seller again.A+++++
