    As a seller, I think 99.9% of negative feedback received is NOT warranted - but in this case, it is. I placed this order on 8/9 for $40. It's custom, so I emailed to check status on 8/18 and 8/20, neither with a reply. On 9/3, I put in a cancel request that was declined, and messaged again on 9/4, no reply. Never heard from them, never received. Ebay refunded me eventually. What is the word for "taking payment for goods/services without the intention of providing goods/services"?
