COA means certificate of authenticity, that’s the little card that comes with the sticker. It was advertised as having one. It’s not an expensive item so it’s not a big deal, at the same time not worth my effort to repackage, drive to the post office and send back to seller. I suggested a partial credit, just to make things a little better but wasn’t given one. A $5 credit would have gone a long way here.
