This mixer is as good as new, I absolutely love it!!! It came with the instructions manual as well as many adapter switch options, to work anywhere in the world. I requested for early delivery and they delivered it only within 6 days!!! From Japan to Dubai. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that you will have to pay duties yourself upon delivery. Mine was about $80 for Dubai.
