The seller forgot to pay the promised postage . I had to pay it then the product turned up late so had to definitely return . To make things worse I had to go to the post office the item then claim the postage back 👎

Buyer decided to buy something else rather than wait for their order, we then paid all the return costs and postage costs for the item. This feedback is very unfair as we do not offer free returns yet did so in this case as a gesture of goodwill. We in fact paid the buyer £12.09 in addition to their full refund and they seem to have taken advantage of our kindness to leave grossly unfair feedback.
