Abusive Buyer purchased item in error. He asked to pay the difference for what he meant to buy. He then sent Paypal "Pay Me" links in communications trying to defraud us into paying him! We canceled his remorseful order giving a full refund. Fraudulent buyer then left a negative feedback. We contacted buyer in attempt to work it out, he replied "I already tried to remove my negative feedback. How do I remove it?" We sent a Feedback Revision Request, and he revised it again to Negative.
