I did not like the necklace and asked for return information. The seller said he does not take returns and closed the transaction. Nowhere on his page does he proclaim no returns. I would not have bought the necklace if I had known it would not be accepted as a return if I was dissatisfied.

I clearly have a no return policy! This buyer wanted to return this necklace because when it arrived she did not like it. This is not a reason for return and when she opened a case Ebay said I did not have to return it for buyers remorse reasons and the case was closed. Now she leaves negative feedback cause she didnt get her way. There was nothing wrong with the necklace other than she didnt like it! Ridicuous
