This product was marketed as new - "open box and tested". The packaging was indeed in great shape. But this item is NOT new -it has clearly been refurbished. I have had 4 separate new earpieces of the exact same model over the last few years. This one has differences in voice prompts; it makes a weird long beep tone at the end of calls and other times; and the battery life is nowhere near the 10-11 hours I have always gotten with this particular model. False advertising.
