We test every laser we sell for accurate 150mw output power which no cheap pen laser sell would ever do. I test most of the lasers you see on ebay and almost all faill the output power test. We use a special line generating lens for larger treatment areas. We offered the buyer a replacement with no return necessary and even offered a completely different laser. Bent over backwards to make things right. Buyer wanted to return the item so we refunded them.
