The item was ordered on 7th May to wear to a wedding, I sent 2 messages on 15th and 18th May, both were responded to saying the item was on its way. On 22nd I messaged expressing concern that I hadn't received it and needed it soon for the wedding. The reply said they would get another one made and posted to me and asked when I needed it for, I advised it was needed for 29th May. They then said they couldn't meet this request due to the bank holiday and issued a refund. Very disappointed!!!
