Item exactly as described. Motor is brand new, and works great.
BUT... it was poorly packaged for shipping... no effort was taken to protect/stabilize the fan blade. Hence, the fan blade was badly bent. One of the blade's "wings" was bent so badly that it was even cracked. So rather than taking the chance of having an out-of-balance fan blade (which would cause added vibration and noise) I was fortunately able to replace it with the fan blade from my old motor.
