I been communicating with the seller he say he hadn’t received the broken vase but under his recommendations it says he doesn’t accept returns so I don’t know what to believe! But he did take out $100 insurance on this vase

This customer is not being truthful...the full amount was refunded even after the post office investigated and discovered that the customer most likely caused the damage because of the drop off photos. On top of that the customer refused to follow our instructions for getting a refund. We were patient and did everything to resolve this in a timely manner. Some customers are just not good at being good people.
