no it wasn't, was said it could be used as a bath robe! which it is to thin of material that you can see threw. let alone be used for a dress for going out in public,, beach cover up maybe, my self it would be like wearing a huge garbage bag, it would be lite and airy, not to much attractive. will not purchase from this seller again, very miss leading, and I'm not paying for shipping cost to ship it back, it would put me more in the hole for losing money, there in India. good luck to all,
