    The item was well-packaged and despatched promptly by the seller. Unfortunately, the package sat in a Parcelforce depot for nearly a month while I tried various methods to get it delivered. The online tracking system kept blocking me, but once I eventually managed to speak to Parcelforce Customer Service, they were extremely helpful. The package was by this time on its way back to the sender, and they intercepted it and got it to me quickly. I would use this seller again.
