Seller jammed a delicate silky bathrobe into a tiny box. She wrote that the store only had this box and a huge box, and she didn’t want to delay shipping by finding the correct sized box. The robe was not carefully folded, and deep creases make this “new” item look anything but. Seller will not allow me to attempt ironing it to see if creases come out, saying then I couldn’t return it. I would lose the $25 CDN I paid for duty, and I’d have to pay to ship it. All because seller took no care.
