Order quantity was incorrect, only 1 copy was sent out even though I paid for more than the 1, no communication from seller after 2 weeks of requesting a refund or the additional product, eBay has got involved and also done nothing. Do NOT buy from this seller, absolutely abysmal.

Contacted buyer. They are correct. Explained reasons, appologised. Posted missing items. Offered to refund one of the larger cost items in full as an appoligy for our mistake. Case still open with ebay, will close on 30th, waiting for buyer to provide them additional support from the buyer who opened case. Working to fix this asap for the buyer.

Seller has since contacted me, and all product has now been received. They were very apologetic, explained themselves well, went above and beyond for what they offered in their response. Very happy with the way things were eventually dealt with, hope to once again continue to use them as a seller. Can only now apologise for the negative review given at the time, as if I could edit it, it would now be a positive one.
