The service from 365 Cycles was excellent. The item was as described and arrived quickly.
Advice to anyone purchasing this item: mine was very slightly different from the jaws I was replacing. For whatever reason, the new jaws sat closer to the frame (arms) than the old ones. This interfered with the release for the jaws (when you pushed the button, the jaws wouldn’t spring open). The solution was to place a couple of thin washers on the bolts between the jaws and the frame.
