Every single person I talk to there is helpful, knowledgeable, and extraordinarily friendly. Their prices are the best around, they are responsive, and few other companies deliver better customer service.

When he was notified of the mistake, he sent back a confrontational msg that's basically a "so what? here's a refund." Zero apology for the mistake. In follow up messages he says that I should be grateful for the refund (because of his mistake) and how he has amazing customer service skill because he issued the refund.
