Removed the non leaking, factory oil cooler line assembly, cleaned the mating surface, bolted this product on with the supplied gasket and bolts, torqued the bolts to GM specs. Started the engine and it instantly started leaking. Removed the oil cooler block off, inspected for issues with the gasket, no issues found. Re-installed and have the same issue. I believe the block off plate is not machined perfectly flat.
