Clock arrived damaged and non-functional. I had to spend extra money and time to repair it. I let the seller know right away, and told them a simple partial refund to cover the cost of the parts would be perfectly fine by me (a mere fraction of the purchase price). They neglected to respond. I messaged again after I had fixed it several days later, and they finally replied. Basically telling me they couldn't afford to give me any sort of refund at all, and more or less saying tough luck.
