customer waited two weeks after delivery to report item arrived damaged, never contacted me just left negative feedback.I spent 20 minutes wrapping it wrapping it in tons of bubble wrap and stuffing, no way it was broken, I have picture of what box looked like on their porch when delivered and box was in perfect condition. false claim, buyers remorse since I do not take returns,
