There was some problem with the item -- related to the description details, but when this was pointed out, there was a considerable effort to replace the item with a more appropriate one. (Two efforts to find an alternative were forthcoming.) The last alternative might have been a good fix. On the flip side, it still might have not worked, and the wait time, from the other supplier, which OakCoolShoppe dealt with, was prohibitive. So, I was given a full refund. The description was amended.
