My fault, I did not notice the "stock picture" note in the listing. I usually do not buy from stock pictures as you never know what you might get and I am particular. While the stamp is a Scott# E15b. The right to left centering is quite bad with the left side perforations right up against the image border. A stamp I would not normally buy. Since it was my fault, I am giving a "Positive" feedback. I did receive other stamps from this vendor that were quite good.
