I had trouble finding a replacement remote and thought this one matched the model # on my Muskoka fireplace unit. Apparently, there was a suffix to the model number which made this remote incompatible. Their support team was very helpful and responded immediately to all of my inquiries. They even looked for a compatible model in their inventory. Unfortunately, they did not have one but I would certainly buy from them again. They are trustworthy and reliable!
