Was a bit disappointed the first time I used it as it would not remove the lugs from the rear of a truck. Contacted the seller hoping for some assistance but they just said "sorry, return for refund ". I decided to try a few things and determined that the older style 9ah batteries weren't enough. Smoke came out of the battery itself. I have tried newer high demand batteries with good results. Love the impact but it's costing a fortune in batteries to be able to get maximum power out of it.
