Seller took days to reply, paid for item. When he finally got back to me again, now saying it’s made to order and doesn’t know when it will be available. I’ve asked for a refund and to cancel the order but haven’t received a response.

Buyer complained I'd not shipped when time to ship hadn't even occurred yet! Informed Buyer item would take a couple of weeks as they're made to order. He stated he wouldn't wait. For free offered to send him a temporary Ferrari part while he waited for the new one he said he could not wait. Despite him not complying with the terms of the auction & time to ship I authorize full refund. Unreasonable Buyer wanted his part instantly in that case you go to the local Ferrari dealer and pay $$$$.
