I ordered 2 sweaters and received a delivery notice, yet I never received the sweaters. For a week, I tried 5 times to contact the merchant but received no response. This is a clear lack of professionalism on their part. I will never purchase from them again. Furthermore, eBay isn't much help either; it's impossible to talk to someone about the situation.
