Ho comprato questo slot di RAM perché volevo dare una seconda vita ad un laptop un po’ datato da utilizzare in una seconda casa. Il pezzo è arrivato imballato in modo da evitare danni. He sold me a computer which crashes frequently when multitasking, then a bunch of signs in his communication made me doubt his competency or his honesty, or both. For example he recommends adjusting the fans so that they turn at full speed all the time. No decent computer expert would recommend this for a normal usage on a nearly new computer. I asked to return the computer, he warned me if his "technical team" did not find the "declared defects" he would keep up to half the money.

Pensiamo che abbia dichiarato falsi problemi per evitare spese di reso. Avendo usato il PC, non potevamo rimborsare il 100% del valore originale. Non avendo ottenuto quello che voleva, ci accusa di disonestà e incompetenza. Diffamazioni che non riflettono la nostra dedizione a risolvere sempre eventuali problemi dei clienti.
