The book arrived damaged, probably during shipping. The seller gave me two options: either 1) to send it back to get full refund or 2) to keep the book and get a 20% refund. As it seems not worthwhile to send it back, I chose to keep the book and get 20% refund. As a result, I ended up paying about $30 CAD for a damaged used book. So I can't say it is a positive experience, although the seller appears to be nice.
